Changes to the first EUSO Constitution were agreed at the first EUSO Governing Body meeting held in Dublin on 9th - 12th May 2002.

EUSO 2003 & 2004 were run under the revised EUSO Constitution - 2002 Edition.

This Constitution was again revised in 2004 at the EUSO GB meeting in Groningen, the Netherlands.
